FAQs
Services
What services do you offer?
+
We provide comprehensive psychiatric care including initial evaluations, medication management, and various psychotherapy modalities. If you’re concerned you may have ADHD, we offer a multi-visit, detailed evaluation and testing process to get you definitive answers. We also offer “second opinion” psychiatric consultations for those patients who have complex medical-psychiatric illnesses or have complex psychiatric medication regimens.
What illnesses do you most specialize in?
+
Our clinicians are primarily mood disorder and attentional disorder specialists. We have a high degree of experience treating: depression (including treatment-resistant depression), anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, ADHD and related cognitive disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder and those with complex medical-psychiatric illnesses.
Can I be tested for ADHD and executive function disorder?
+
Yes, we offer an assessment process for those who are concerned they may be experiencing an attentional or executive function disorder. Our diagnostic process is comprehensive and involves an initial psychiatric evaluation, collecting background data, 2-4 hours of global cognitive and attentional testing, and at least one follow up visit to discuss results and plan your treatment course. Please note, in many instances, insurance does not cover the full cost of testing and you will be responsible for any costs which your insurance does not cover.
Do you accept patients under age 18?

If I don't have one of these plans, can I still become a patient?
+
In certain instances we are able to offer out-of-network and out-of-pocket services. Please contact our office to discuss your specific situation. All costs for out-of-network/out-of-pocket services must be paid at the time of service.
What is the cost for services?
+
Please contact us directly for a ‘good faith estimate’ regarding costs billed. Please note that due to your individual insurance situation, such as deductibles and coinsurance responsibilities, we cannot predict in advance whether your insurance company will cover the full amount billed and what your own cost responsibility may be.
Do you offer sliding scale services?
+
If you have any insurance plan that we are contracted with, we must bill your insurance company directly. We do not offer sliding scale services for patients who wish to pay out of pocket.
How do I pay my bill?

Better Tomorrow Psychiatry uses a third-party billing company for all services provided. Please contact our office if you have any questions about the billing/payment process.
